By downloading, installing, or using ChatLedger (com.chatledger.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the application.

2. License & On-Device Operation

ChatLedger grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for managing business inquiries, job cards, scheduling, and invoicing on your Android devices. All data processing occurs locally on your hardware.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have appropriate authority to capture, store, and manage customer records and invoices generated through the app in accordance with local regulations and tax compliance.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

ChatLedger is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. You are advised to maintain regular encrypted backups of your business data.
